By placing an order with Velvane, you agree to the following terms:

1. Made-to-order products
All items are made to order. Production typically takes 1–2 weeks before dispatch.

2. Shipping
We use tracked delivery services. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier delays.

3. No returns or refunds
As all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

4. Order changes/cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.

5. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

6. Product variations
Minor variations in colour, print, or finish may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects.
