Shipping Policy

All Velvane pieces are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production from the date your order is placed before it is dispatched.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, it will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically takes 2–3 working days for delivery.

Please note that production and delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods.
